Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all apps and services published by Monerri Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any Monerri Studio app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. About us

Monerri Studio is a UK-based app development studio. You can contact us at support@monerristudio.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. Where an app involves financial transactions, you must be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using our apps you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.

3. Your account

>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. >You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. >You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. >We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our apps to:

>Violate any applicable UK or international law or regulation. >Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights. >Upload photographs or media of other individuals without their explicit consent. >Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts. >Use the app to conduct fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime. >Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our apps. >Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from our apps. >Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our apps.

5. User-generated content

Where our apps allow you to upload content (including photographs, text, or other media):

>You retain ownership of any content you upload. >By uploading content you grant Monerri Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. >You confirm that you have the right to upload that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. >We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the service. >We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Photographs and media

>You must only upload photographs for which you have the right to do so. >You must not upload photographs of other individuals without their explicit prior consent. >You must not upload photographs containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content. >We are not responsible for the content of photographs uploaded by users but reserve the right to remove any that violate these Terms.

7. Payments and financial transactions

>All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or a third-party payment processor. Their own terms and conditions apply to those transactions. >All fees and charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase. >Refunds for App Store purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy. For any other transactions, please contact us at support@monerristudio.com and we will handle refund requests fairly and in line with UK consumer law. >We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised transactions on your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. >We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our apps, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Monerri Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our apps without our prior written consent.

9. Availability and updates

>We aim to keep our apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. >We may update, modify, or withdraw features at any time without notice. >We may release updates and, where required for security or functionality, may require you to update before continuing to use the app.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

>Monerri Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. >Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. >Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Third-party services

Our apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Apple's App Store, payment processors, mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you breach these Terms, without notice or liability to you. You may stop using our apps at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email where we hold your address. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident.
